Jennifer Aniston's uninvited guest sentenced to 1 year
David Hesterby, a homeless man who broke into Jennifer Aniston's Malibu home in August, was sentenced to 1 year in jail and 5 years probation. He was made to undergo psychological counseling, and ordered to keep away from the actress for an entire decade.
Hesterby was charged with felony burglary and petty theft after scaling a nine foot fence and entering the home through an unlocked door. Employees at Aniston's home confronted him at which he fled and headed towards the beach. Police arrested him then and there.
At the time Aniston was on location in Chicago filming "The Break Up" with Vince Vaughn. As of now, Aniston is nowhere near her Malibu home as she is busy promoting her latest flick "Derailed" due out Nov. 11th.
