According to eFluxMedia, on Friday afternoon, Jennifer Aniston and John Mayer were seen having a private lunch in a Miami restaurant that opened just for them. Since then, rumors that the two are dating have started to spread.The restaurant, Michael's Genuine Food and Drink, usually closes between the lunch and dinner hours, when the duo was spotted arriving. The manager, Charles Bell, however, said he was only happy to accommodate them.
Aniston was in Miami to film her latest movie, Marley & Me, with Owen Wilson. She ordered a chicken chopped salad, while Mayer had a Serrano ham sandwich. Aniston had some of Mayer's sandwich, and they both shared a chocolate and peanut butter dessert.
During the 90-minute lunch, the pair was seen engaged in private conversation, during which they were familiar with each other, holding heads close together, and just having a good time.
"I can't speculate on what kind of meeting it was, but they looked happy and seemed to have a great time," Bell says, as quoted by People magazine.
That night, the two were spotted at restaurant Casa Tua in South Beach, where they left the place just before 1 A.M., with Mayer holding his arm around the actress. They were later seen holding hands.
Grammy-winning singer John Mayer has previously dated other Hollywood beauties such as Jessica Simpson and Jennifer Love-Hewitt. Jennifer Aniston's past loves include Brad Pitt and the rumored Jason Lewis.
