Jennifer Aniston has sparked speculation that she has had a boob job.
According to Grazia, a friend has noted that the actress's confidence has soared since allegedly having her breasts enlarged.
The source said: "I believe Jen's had Macrolane injections. She looks like she's gone up at least a whole cup size.
"She feels super confident at the moment."
The source added that two-hour workouts at 3am have also led to Aniston "feeling better than she's done in years".
It was previously reported that the star wanted a breast enlargement for her 40th birthday.
