Jennifer Aniston has revealed that practising yoga has changed her life, reports People.The former Friends actress appears in the introduction to new workout video Yogalosophy, featuring the star's yoga instructor Mandy Ingber.
In the video, Aniston says of Ingber: "She brought yoga into my life."
She adds: "It completely changed my life."
The 40-year-old is scheduled to appear at a launch event for the video hosted by SELF magazine on Thursday in Los Angeles.
