Jennifer Aniston was served with documents requesting her testimony in court, reports TMZ.A woman attempted to serve Aniston with court documents and was accompanied by flowers in order to request her to appear in court to testify in a sexual harassment case against her Hollywood agent, Todd Shemarya.
Aniston refused to pick the papers, but the woman placed them on her car's windshield, where Aniston's bodyguard grabbed them. According to officials, the bodyguard picking the documents signals Aniston received the papers.
The Hollywood agent is accused of walking around naked in front of one of his former assistants and subjecting her to pornographic videos.
Aniston was at the Sunset Towers hotel when she was served, hosting the launch of her new yoga fitness DVD "Yogalosophy."
It unclear for now why Aniston was called as a witness and how she is involved in the proceedings.
